Mishell Ivon’s solo work is heavily influenced by the nostalgic sounds of disco and boogie funk, she describes her sound as old-school feel-good mixed with “Nu school “ freshness.
The artist is known for her vocal/songwriting flexibility which she calls genre-bending / blending, she enjoys musical variety and the consistent artistic growth she gains from creating OUTSIDE of the box!
Mishell Ivon has been working professionally in the music industry since age 13, she has had the opportunity to work on a colorful mix of projects vocally and as a songwriter in TV, film, commercials, sync, tours, galas and various music releases worldwide. She is also an active voting member of the recording academy.
